We are seeking to hire Vice President- Business Operations to join our Leadership Team for running the day-to-day business operations. The Vice President- Business Operations will be responsible for strategic operational planning and implementation of policies and procedures. The Vice President- Business Operations covers cross functional roles spanning Business, Technical, Production and Support Teams’ activities.

Endoenergy Systems Private Limited is an Indo-UK Robotics Engineering Collaboration based on fundamental R&D carried out by the founder Professor Virk in Europe for addressing the needs of the global ageing society. The core business is the design, development and commercialization of wearable assistive exoskeletons that are able to support the daily living activities of elderly persons. The company’s vision is to bring a range of simple/quality/affordable wearable exoskeleton products to the market that meet needs for daily living as consumer products.

Role responsibilities:

  • Providing operational management and inspired leadership to technical and non-technical staff
  • Preparing and implementing effective plans, strategies and policies
  • Managing staff, finances and budgets and preparing reports and business plans
  • Prepare business development plans and associated investment documentation
  • Building business models, including production, sales and marketing
  • Planning end user engagement for product development requirements
  • Work closely with all stakeholders internal and external to Company
  • Monitoring and ensuring all legal regulatory compliances and maintained
  • Ensure Company values and mission plans are maintained for short- and long-term goals.
  • Identify and address opportunities for the Company.
  • Improve productivity, quality and efficiency by ensuring effectiveness throughout Company procedures
  • Assist in developing standard operating systems for all business activities

Person specification:

  • PhD or Master’s degree in engineering or technology, or MBA in business management
  • 10+ years industrial operational management leadership experience in high-tech field
  • Significant successful experience of managing teams, and finance management
  • Experience of innovating and delivering project plans successfully
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among wide variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentational skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to create new ideas and problem solve in complex situations
  • Self-starter comfortable with taking initiatives
  • Knowledge of latest business management software
  • Strong Microsoft office skills for Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.

Salary:Negotiable based on expertise and experience.

Location: STPI Mohali, Punjab, India.
